MRS. MARCIA COOKSEY
INSTRUCTIONAL COORDINATOR
I have worked in education for 31 years. I began teaching in Caldwell Parish before moving to Olla Elementary, and finally Jena Elementary. After teaching third grade and P.E. for 27 years, I moved to my present position as curriculum coordinator and SBLC/504 chairperson. I loved the classroom but I also enjoy being able to help teachers, parents, and students through my latest position. I have always been and continue to be very proud of Jena Elementary School.
