We will 'Let the good times roll' at J.E.S. during Louisiana week.

Monday, April 21st: we will have Louisiana Author, Wendy Billiot reading her book, Before the Saltwater Came, and signing copies at 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

Thursday, April 24th: we will have a Louisiana Academic Pep Rally for Pre-K and K at 9:00 a.m. and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grades at 1:00 p.m.

Thursday, April 24th: is Louisiana cuisine Day and each class will be sampling 'Louisiana Foods' and there will be 'Louisiana Food' in the teacher's lounge.

Friday, April 25th: we will have Louisiana musician, Ann Vidrine visiting from 8:45-11:15 a.m.

Friday, April 25th: at 1:00 p.m. will be our Parade of Festivals. Each class has chosen a Louisiana Festival to represent in the parade and everyone is encouraged to come and watch our wonderful Parade of Festivals
